Over the years, there have been exchanges between councillors, groups of schoolchildren, sports teams, dancers and musicians such as Keynsham Orchestra & Libourne Chorale.

More recently the main focus has been on reciprocal group exchanges between individuals from the 2 towns and surrounding areas. They stay with families and enjoy organised trips and social activities.

This is a perfect way to experience the way of life in another country and over the years many friendships have been formed.
